INTERPRETATION

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • "RSR Program" means the RSR Scholarship Program for young cricketers.
  • "Organizer" means RSR Sports Management.
  • "Player" means the Registered participant.
  • "Selector Panel" means the experts evaluating player performance.

REGISTRATION TERMS

2.1 The Player must:

  • Be between 14-19 years old.
  • Be a UAE resident.
  • Have cricket experience.
  • The player must meet the age, skill and fitness requirements as outlined by the organizer for the relevant selection process or program.
  • Register through the official website.
  • Registration must be completed through the official registration platform and include all required details, including personal information, medical history and emergency contact details.

2.3 The player or their parent/Guardian (if under 18) agrees to pay the registration fee as mentioned in the registration form in full by the specified deadline.

3. PROGRAM STRUCTURE

3.1 The RSR Program consists of:

  • Trial matches
  • Skill-specific assessments
  • Panel interviews
  • Final selection

4. PLAYER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The Player must:

  • Participate in all program stages.
  • Adhere to program rules and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Conduct themselves professionally.

The player agrees to pay the registration fee in full as outlined in the program details at the time of registration.

The player must provide accurate information regarding the players medical history, including any pre existing conditions, injuries or medications that may affect their participation in the program.

  • Parents will not be allowed in the playground during the selection procedure. They will watch trials/matches from outside the playground.
  • Selections will be based on the player's performance in trials, fitness assessments, and/or other criteria deemed necessary. The organizers reserve the right to decide the selection process, including the method of assessment.
  • Mere registration does not mean that the player is entitled to the training unless the player qualifies all the assessment tests conducted by the selection panel. Registration does not guarantee selection for any coaching. All decisions regarding selections are final and at the discretion of the selection panel.
  • If selected, the player is expected to fully commit to the training schedule, matches, events, and any other activities specified by the organizers. Failure to comply with the schedule or expectations may result in the player's removal from the coaching.
  • Players must adhere to the behavior and conduct standards set by the panel, including respect for coaches, teammates, and other participants.
  • The player is required to maintain a level of physical fitness suitable for cricket and must notify the organizers of any medical conditions, injuries, or restrictions that may affect their participation.
  • Parents agree to provide necessary support for the player, including transportation to and from sessions and maintaining open communication with the organizers regarding the player’s attendance and well-being.
  • Parents agree to pay all fees associated with the program as outlined by the organizers. Fees may include, but are not limited to, registration, training, kit, and event participation fees. Fees must be paid by the deadlines set by the organizers.
  • Parents acknowledge and accept that participation in cricket may involve risks, including injury, and release the organizers from liability except in cases of negligence.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Organizer retains all rights to program content.
  • Players grant permission for use of their name, image, and likeness, including but not limited to the website, social media, and printed materials.

6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

  • The Player participates at their own risk. The Player must take care of their valuable belongings; the organizer will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property or any physical injury to any participant during the entire event. However, best efforts will be made to provide first aid services at the venue.
  • The Organizer is not liable for injuries or damages.
  • The selector’s decision will be final, and no correspondence or dispute will be entertained. The organizer reserves the right to admission at the venue. Precautionary measures have been taken for certain incidents. However, the organizers are not responsible for any weather conditions.
  • The organizers reserve the right to remove the Player from the program at their discretion for reasons including but not limited to repeated failure to attend sessions, poor behavior, or failure to meet fitness standards.
  • Selection of candidates will be informed through telecommunications, newspapers, Email, SMS, a shortlist printout at the venue itself, or on the official website.
  • The list of shortlisted participants will be published on the official website.
  • Player selection will be entirely based on performance and the criteria mentioned above.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • The Player must maintain confidentiality regarding program information.

8. TERMINATION

  • The Organizer reserves the right to terminate registration.
  • Termination results in forfeiture of all benefits.

9. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE laws.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of UAE only, this agreement will be governed by construed on accordance with the laws at UAE. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of law..

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement.

12. AMENDMENTS

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the parents in writing.

13. Refund Policy

  • Note:- Cancellation of your registration is not available. We do not offer a refund of any value at any stage according to our refund policy, our policy applies equally to each player.
