The selection process will be conducted under the supervision of selectors who are former Football legends. Trials will take place at various locations in the UAE and Gulf Countries, determined by the number of registrations received. Each group will consist of 100 participants and undergo multiple stages of evaluation, with players being filtered at every stage.
Players selected at the final stage will be offered a scholarship agreement, granting them access to the full benefits of the RSR Football Scholarship Program.

Stage 2: Top-Tier Training for Exceptional Performers
Players identified as top performers in Stage 1 will enter the advanced category with the following additional benefits:
- Selection by coaches, clubs, and scouting teams based on overall performance.
- Transfer to Football clubs or academies worldwide for advanced training.
- Full sponsorship for travel, lodging, and boarding during short- or long-term deputations, as recommended by the club.
- Assurance of uninterrupted education through partnerships with schools in England or other European countries. These schools prioritize both sports and academics. RSR covers all tuition and boarding fees.
- Continuation of Stage 1 benefits during foreign deputation.
- Ongoing sponsorship and support for players until quarterly reviews by scouting teams are completed.
If a player is selected by a professional Football club to join their team, the RSR Scholarship Program will conclude, and the player will transition fully to the club.
