Age : Robin Sports Relations will organize football selections for players between the ages of 5 to 20 years. We encourage the participation of both girls and boys in this selection process.
For players between the ages of 5 to 12, selection will be limited to Phase 1 only, as Phase 2 involves extensive safety and security protocols that may not be suitable for young children.
Eligibility : We welcome players from all around the world to participate in the selection process. However, selected players must have a valid visa to stay and train in the UAE and Gulf countries during Phase 1. Additionally, for Phase 2, players must possess a valid visa issued by the UK or any European country to travel for further selection.
Assessment Criteria
Our Selectors will ensure that only the most deserving players are selected for the stage 1 process, we define quality more than quantity.
- Evaluation of Athleticism and potential.
- Sessions with players and their families to understand aspirations.
- Ensuring eligibility for school and College Placements if the player gets selected for Stage 2 process.
- Offering Spots in UK/ European junior clubs and Academic Institutions.
- Official Scholarship confirmation agreement.
- Continuous pastoral and professional support throughout the journey.
